I saw a technique online (warm color melt) and not only was he able to recreate it, he tailored it PERFECTLY to transition from my all-over blonde highlights to the perfect fall tones for my individual color palette and skin tone. Having someone take the time to personalize a service to that degree is more than outstanding, regardless of the industry you're in. I can only say how delighted I am each and every time I interact with the staff there. They are all knowledgable and help me to select the right take-home products to ensure that my hair looks as if I've always just stepped out of the salon.
