Allen does talk a lot, as the previous reviewer mentioned. But he knows automotive electronics backwards and forwards. I needed a stereo installed that my wife bought off Amazon. Alan was able to install all the equipment I requested at a reasonable price. He even custom fit my receiver so it can work properly as well as fixed my trunk light. Alan likes to explain every detail thoroughly and give examples so you understand what he is talking about .
