Need a repair--watch out! I purchased a new dishwasher that didn't work properly. The manufacturer recommended Henry's as an authorized service provider and paid for the repair, but Henry's charged me an additional $228 to "come to my house". The technician just ordered new parts, without checking to find that original part was simply not plugged in. While here, I asked them to look at a problem with my stove. Their technician, who seemed inexperienced, again just started replacing parts rather than diagnosing the problem. He even acknowledged that the replacements were unnecessary. After three tries and several trips back and forth, he found the right part. Total bill of over $1600!!!. They even billed me $45 when technician used one of his tools to lift up stove. I purchased a MIELE dishwasher from Henry's Electric in Lee, MA recently (September of 2025). My sales associate Sue was very helpful and knowledgeable. The MIELE dishwasher was delivered today and installed along with the removal of my old dishwasher. The technicians from Henry's Electric were professional, courteous and polite. They cleaned up every spec of dust and removed all debris and boxes after the installation. This, in addition to their level of electrical and plumbing epertise related to the installation was above and beyond. They also installed a large under the kitchen cabinet microwave. Henry’s Electric made the process of purchasing and installing our new wall unit microwave so easy and convenient. They replaced our broken microwave with almost the same microwave we had, but updated and better at a comparable price. The sales department made the whole experience run so smoothly. The microwave was on back order, but the sales department provided us a realistic delivery date and met it. When it came time to schedule the delivery and installation, they worked to improve the day and did so by a full week. The installation team was punctual and courteous.
