Needed a torch lamp repaired because the socket broke in a fall. The glass torch shade had shattered, as well. The specialized bulb had broken, too. Besco repaired the socket - to my surprise and their credit, there was no charge and I didn't argue.
However, when I asked about the glass shade and bulb, there was no interest in helping me. One would think that a lighting store would at least try to help me locate these lighting-related items even if they didn't have them. Heck, I'd have paid more to have them locate & procure these things, but their people just didn't seem interested. Perhaps a sign...

We entered the store and the two sales associates were with other clients, no worries with that. You can however say hi & let us know youāll be with us when you can, nope nothing, continued walking right past us! Both customers left, we continued to look around around for another 5 minutes, no associates offered to help us or even acknowledged us, they clearly saw us and knew we were there. A total of 20 to 25 minutes and not even a āhiā including 40 minute drive each way......Terrible...
