My first time visiting IQ 225 BBQ I was greeted by the owner, Simmy. I ordered the Mac n Cheese bowl with brisket. The Mac and cheese is homemade and all the meat is smoked in a smoker. Oh my it was so delicious and so much that it took me 2 days to eat it. It’s a perfect amount of food for a hungry man for sure Tonight I called ahead for a take out and ordered the Foot long smoked sausage with chili, cheese and onions, foot long sausage with onions and mustard, home made Cole slaw and beans. My wife and I were leaving the Lowe’s in Leesburg today and saw a brand new looking Barbecue Food truck in the parking lot! We had just eaten breakfast and were lamenting being full because we love a good barbecue and the smell was so good. We met Simmy the owner just outside the IQ225 BBQ truck! Simmy was friendly and talked to us about his barbecue. His customer service and smell overtook us lol! Simmy offered us some pieces of barbecued chicken and we were hooked!
