B's Convenient Mart — Local services in Lehi

I refuse to go here anymore. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve been disappointed. The last time I was in I bought a vape, went home and the vape would just run and burn through liquid even after I stopped inhaling. I went back in and the guy who sold it to me said there is nothing he can do. So I bought another vape, This time I took it home and after the battery died, I charged it. Apparently the wall charger burns out the vape. So I took it back in and the guy said he couldn’t help me with the replacement again because I didn’t have a receipt. He was the guy that helped me and he didn’t give me a receipt. He also didn’t tell me that I needed to use a low-voltage charger Until after I came in, wondering why my vape broke . So basically they will sell you a broken vape Not give you a not give you a receipt and then not do anything when you confront them about purchasing it from them. I went to try this shop for the first time. Website said open until 10 pm. Sign on door said open until 9 pm. I got there at 8:54 and the doors were locked. I knocked and the staff inside ignored the knocks. Very frustrating and bad business practice! Either change your advertised hours or find staff that is willing to keep the shop open the full hours.

Update: It's 3:30 pm on a Sunday. I've called the shop three times only to get the answering machine, so I'm going to assume they aren't open. If management had any concern for business, they would find a way to communicate the shop's hours...

Worst Smoke Shop. 3 times they have sold me the wrong coil. Never again am I wasting my time there. They are so OVERPRICED AND CLUELESS. The Lake Vape in Pleasant Grove has THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. I have never been sold a wrong product there, plus their coils are 3.00 cheaper and their vape juice is 9.00 cheaper. The Lake Vape is WORTH THE DRIVE. Plus, they ask you how you are doing before asking for your ID. Maybe if B’s would turn off their T.V. And here’s a thought…Train your staff, this wouldn’t be an issue. Although, still extremely overpriced...
