I literally broke my phone on Saturday and needed to catch a flight on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday); everywhere was closed or didn't have the parts I needed. I walked in and worked with Nate, who couldn't fix my phone at the Provo location, but he called the store in Salt Lake after seeing in their inventory that Salt Lake had the parts I needed. He had them place a hold on the parts. They then held my phone for my husband to pick up so I could continue driving south.

My husband picked up my phone, took it to Salt Lake, and they fixed my phone in just over an hour.

I have since canceled any warranty service through my cell phone provider and will be a forever customer with all my cell...

Only reason I'd go back to this place is if I need to use my warranty, otherwise I'm looking for another place to get my phones fixed. I went in to get the screen fixed for my iPhone 6 which I had dropped a couple weeks ago. It was fixed that day sooner than I could return to get it.
