Alright, I've been here many times and it's always been okay food that's quick and tasty. But, me and my friends went here after a dance competition, so we were all wearing a bit of makeup. As soon as we walked in I kept getting really mean looks and the young boy in the drive through kept staring at us. I wish he would be polite and not make us uncomfortable.
Second, the manager (I'm assuming) was a man probably in his late 40s, but he was super rude to us. He looked very busy so I told him he can take all the time he needs! But he didn't say thank you, or tell us he will be with us in a minute, there was no greeting, and this man would yell at his employees which I felt terrible for. I understand that they are hiring, but no one will want to work here if you treat your staff like that and show how miserable having only 7 people to serve can be.
Third, there were probably 2 people in the back doing hardly anything. Working in the food industry, I know there are ALWAYS opportunities to help coworkers. So seeing them just stand there while I waited 18 minutes just to be asked "what do you want...", there is definitely room for improvement :)
Last, I totally get that mistakes happen! I've made so many where I work, however, I always apologize and make sure I make up for it which makes people want to return even if there is a mess up. My order was one thing, one small cheese curds, and after waiting 15 more minutes for my food they gave me the wrong thing. That was not okay. I sure hope they can fix these things! That way I WANT...
Read moreAs for a fast food burger, I really like Arctic Circle. I miss their Yukon Gold fries though; those were fantastic!
One thing this particular Arctic Circle does right, at least in my book, is customer service. I've really only had an issue where I needed to experience that once though. My wife stopped at another location on her way home and once she got home, she realized they forgot her fries. I just decided I'd stop in on my way home and get a shake and mention the fries. They gave me the fries even though I didn't have the receipt and she didn't recognize my wife's special order I described. I then realized my wife stopped at a different Arctic Circle! I was so embarassed and apologized profusely. I pulled out my card and asked how much I owed for the fries and the manager said nah... don't worry about it.
I know this is a small thing but in a world of many options of where to eat, something as simple as a free large order of fries for my own mistake makes a huge difference, at...
Read moreWe came at about 4pm and this place was PACKED. I wasnât expecting that but I can really see why, we had such a great experience, we will probably start frequenting at least once a week. Whoever the male manager on shift was, was so great. He was extremely busy with taking drive orders, making food, and helping up front when someone needed it. Not ONCE did he seem annoyed or inconvenienced, even tho he had so many things going on. Our order took a little while, which was completely understandable, but it didnât matter because it was such a pleasure watching the staff interact with eachother. They genuinely seemed happy to be there and it was so fun to see that. The manager with the short blonde hair was so great, she seemed genuinely concerned that our order took a little while and gave us a few make up cards without us even complaining. The food was great, and this may have been my favorite fast food experience that iâve ever had. Thank you Arctic...
