My teenage daughter and I went to use the coupons we had on our phones. Very frustrated to hear the cashier say to a couple walking in that they could use the 30% off coupon on the wife's phone for 2 people and then 2 seconds later the lady wouldn't honor the coupon for my teenager. I asked why not and she said, "it's only for adults," and I said that my daughter should count (my husband has passed away and we don't have the same advantage as the lady who walked in with a living husband). So hurtful. My daughter walked out hurt and said, "I'm still a person, I'm not a dog." Nowhere on the text message coupons does it indicate you have to an adult or married to use the coupon. What a beautiful store. The storefront is gorgeous, the inside is clean and organized. I went there on Saturday 12/20/2014, in hopes of finding a gift for my Mother. I saw lots of potential. However, as my family walked in the door, the lady at the counter, in a not so nice tone, said "you have five minutes". I didn't realize that they closed at six. At about 5:58, another not so nice person opened the door, and stood there waiting for customers to exit, so she could lock the door. As we were leaving, I said "thank you, and have a great night". Any time I go into this store I am treated like family and helped out in anyway possible. I absolutely love the employees who work very hard to make customers happy as much as humanly possible. The designs and ideas and beautiful decor here is not only inspiring, but they take a toll on my wallet because I can't just go in and get what I need, because I find out I need more than I had originally thought.
