Apollo Burger — Restaurant in Lehi

2 stars overall. I really hate to give poor reviews, but I feel there really is a lot of room for improvement at this restaurant. I don't think I've ever been to an Apollo Burger before... I gave the food 2 stars. The meat wasn't great; it was cooked well but not fresh and not very flavorful. The toppings were ok, but again, not much flavor... even for the specialty burger. The bun was dry. Fries were good size but not fresh tasting. I got the Hawaiian and couldn't finish it - due to lack of enjoying it (and probably the smell of the restaurant). Atmosphere... the first thing I noticed when I entered was the dirty floor and the bad odor. As someone else noted, it really does smell sort of like a bathroom in there. That may have tainted the way I felt about the food. There were a few clean tables but they were barely comfortable... just varnished wood bench and table. Service... Although there was only one couple sitting down eating, no one was there to welcome us in or help us order (they were busy preparing the food). Luckily we noticed the kiosk sign and placed our order. There appeared to be only two people working... that's tough to serve and prepare when there is only two of you; I get that. The service we got was friendly. Service continued... The food was pretty slow to come out, but they gave us a complimentary cookie and apologized for the late time. So bonus on the service. They seemed really nice to us. Overall... I just wasn't impressed with the cleanliness, esp the smell. And there is no decor to speak of at all. Just the logo on the not-so-clean mirror. I guess I compared it to the Astro Burger I've been to and it did not compare at all. Unfortunately we probably won't be coming back here...

This has been the second time we have ordered Apollo Burger. They partner with Doordash so we ordered through doordash. We didn’t even receive our order it was a completely different order. When I called and asked if I could get my order if I came to pick it up Luis the manager said yes. We get to the location and he says he called the district manager and he can’t make the order. Now I have driven to the location and was promised what was not delivered and now being told I’m not getting food it’s a communication error. But on the phone I was told an employee who was new mixed up orders. While I was at Apollo burger waiting for the order another car drove up missing food. Another man from the drive through came back in and had to get food. This is ridiculous! We haven’t received part of an order before but was able to get it. This is ridiculous! I won’t be going back. I should charge them for the gas to get there and have my order refunded. I would not go here and have such horrible service. Slow unprofessional and no way to contact a corporate office or higher managers. Luis shouldn’t promise things over the phone and then back out! He is the manager you own the mistakes. I did write on the website and have not got an answer. I could run this business and not make that many mistakes. I hate writing reviews but I would not give them a good better business review. 💬 OVERVIEW - 4.25 Came here with some friends to do the whole hunter/gatherer role of bringing back food to our family. Now the true question is when did this place replace the Zaxbys.

🗺️ LOCATION - 5 This Apollo Burger has a pretty good location there on a corner. The only complication would be when you go because if you try to enter during peak traffic hours, I could forsee you having a major problem getting there.

💲 PRICE - 4 The prices are reasonable, but you do have to be careful on what you order, as the overall total of the prices sky rocket rather quickly. You can easily expect to pay between $9 to $11 for a combo meal whereas national chains you can expect to pay less.

🍔 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 I ordered the Tangy Bleu Bacon Burger, a personal favorite of mine. I love the taste of bleu cheese, which was amazing. Well worth the price of $6.79.

📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A There are probably some pointers or perks, but what they'd be I do not know.

👨‍🍳 EMPLOYEES - 3 While the employees were friendly. I was rather off-put that it took us almost 40 minutes to get our food to go. There was no apologies for the wait time, there was no remedy such as free product(s) as a way of showing a peace token. I'm a patient person, I've been in the fast food industry, but it does concern me that there was no acknowledgement of tardiness of providing a quality product. This simple action may end up forcing me to never...
