I was severely disappointed by the service at this location, and by Bunny especially. She behaved as if the sky were falling, and acted as if she were annoyed that we, as customers, were there. She was yelling at coworkers and rushing around in a frazzled and hostile rampage the entirety of our visit. The stress from both her and her coworkers was palpable, even though the restaurant seemed to be fairly unbusy. She left me at the register to go help another customer, and I had no clue if my food was paid for and ready to take, or if she would be back to finish the transaction. At one point one of her coworkers stepped away from the counter, stating that they’d be right back (I’m assuming they needed to use the restroom) and she snapped at them aggressively saying “where are you going?!” It seemed as if everyone else working was stepping on eggshells trying not to set her off, and they quite frankly seemed miserable. Then at the end of my meal, I went back to the register to get a box for my leftovers, and I was ignored and had employees walk right past me for several minutes before Bunny came and rudely asked what I needed. Once I told her I needed a box, she aggressively tossed it across the counter without even giving a simple “here you go!” Or “have a nice day!” I had to actually walk partially behind the counter to retrieve the box because she threw it from so far away. I honestly felt like a burden to her even though it’s her job to take care of customers. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and maybe she was just having a bad day. I myself work in retail and understand that it can get stressful. But even on your worst days, the least you can do is treat people with kindness...
Read moreI’ve learned that reviews can be extremely important when a company chooses to improve from them rather than brush it off. I hope you guys choose to step up your game after reading this. I’ve been to different Zupas around Utah, but tried this specific location today. I hate to admit that me and the people in my party were significantly disappointed. The first and biggest thing I’d like to point out is the fact that the manager or someone in management was wearing pajamas at work and walking around in the dining area. That is insanely unprofessional. The only thing this person was doing was chatting away and simply watching a fellow employee clean. Since the moment we walked in the door, there was a small line waiting to get their food. They were obviously understaffed at the front, therefore making our food cold because it was sitting on the counter ready for 5-10 minutes. Management wasn’t bothering to delegate or help anyone. Eventually another person (not in any type of Zupas attire either) walked into the door and started cleaning right away. One of the members of my party used the restroom before we left and he was disgusted at how awful the bathroom smelled and looked. I understand coming in before closing is inconvenient for the employees working, but you’re still open. Me and the at least 20 other people who came in could probably agree that the place was in shambles. Food on tabletops, napkins all over the floor, etc. I’m not sure if I’d ever visit this location again, but do everyone a favor and give this place a little more love! P.S. They literally had the smallest strawberries I’d ever seen at a Zupas. Is it even worth giving them out...

I then was upset that they charged 69 cents for the croutons, and then livid when I found that for 69 cents you get only 6 or 7 little croutons! (see my photo!)
PREVIOUS REVIEW: Overview - 3.0 Came here with my wife and daughter last night. My wife had a gift card that she'd received at work. We came around 7:30 and the place was rather packed. We also had one person behind us in line, that I'm convince was raised on a farm and when meal time came she was fed from the trough full of slop with the rest of the swine, as she was rather pushy and loud, and pushed her way past us halfway through ordering.
Location Located over with a bunch of other restaurants near the freeway around Thanksgiving Point.
Price Little Known Fact: The employees are paid in Zupa Food, being as it seems to have such a high value, maybe even more the the US Dollar. That being said, I found the prices rather steep. Thank goodness we had a gift card!
Product/Service Even though the food may have been on the pricier side, it was rather delicious. The biggest complaint I had was the serving size for the price. I did the choose two deal which was one whole sandwich and half a soup. It was that or half a salad...
Employees The employees were nice, but pushy. I could understand because of the busyness of the evening, but still because we were being pushed through the line, mistakes were made...
