I reached out to TruWear at the beginning of July to help me make a custom suit for my wedding at the end of August. They said they could have it done by our bridal pictures on July 27th. It never came… keep in mind I am constantly the one following up on the status of where the suit is because my wedding was less than a month away. They said that they’d call to discuss what was going on, I agreed and got no call. I got an update 10 days before my wedding that they got the suit, but it was completely the wrong colors and that the correct suit probably wouldn’t be there for my wedding on August 18th. Here we are September 2nd, I don’t have my suit after them telling me multiple times it was coming or it should be here that day. At first they were very apologetic and they also promised me a reimbursement through Venmo for the extreme inconvenience of not having a suit for my wedding and they are now ghosting me. I am a forever customer even after receiving the wrong size of a shirt I purchased. I called their support number and was taken care of flawlessly. I had let them know that I planned on wearing the shirt to a wedding 2 days after I received the incorrect order and they overnight shipped the correct size to me! Did not get a response to my email or attempted phone calls. Finally got ahold of a front desk person that called me back and left a message at 4 pm the day before Christmas Eve. Then received an email 2 weeks later telling me they were out of the product. Will not be ordering from this company again. Not sure why they didn't reach out and let me know the product wasn't in stock 2 weeks ago when it was originally ordered.
