Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

I visited this Starbucks location on July 9. There were nine members in my party. When we walked in the door, I noticed a tense vibe. The manager barked at both trainees, one for filling the beans incorrectly and one because she needed to take our order. The poor girl tried her best to get our order right, but it was clear she was new. She didn’t know the names of drinks or where they were on the screen. But she informed us if anything was wrong, they’d be happy to remake it. However, when one person’s drink didn’t include peppermint, the manager ripped it out of their hand and passive aggressively squirted an absurd amount of peppermint in the drink. When my drink included chai syrup instead of vanilla, he rolled his eyes and told me I ordered wrong. I expect a higher caliber from a manager, especially with individuals going through training under his management. I am writing this review express my concern regarding the quality of drinks at your location. Recently, I have noticed a significant decline in the taste and consistency of the beverages.

It seems there might be a lack of adherence to the standard measurements for ingredients, resulting in drinks that are not up to the usual Starbucks standard. The ingredients appear to be haphazardly mixed, which affects the overall flavor and experience. Given the premium pricing of Starbucks beverages, I believe it is reasonable to expect a consistent and high-quality product.

I kindly request that you review the preparation process and ensure that the staff follows the precise measurements for each drink. As a loyal customer, I would prefer not to have to travel to another location to enjoy my favorite...

I go to this Starbucks location a lot. It's hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll get immediate and warm service. Other times, the employees will ignore you for five minutes before unprofessionally yelling at a coworker in the back room to come out and take your order. While this should come as no surprise, this location employs a lot of uneducated and apathetic people of color who seem more interested in being loud and having fun than making a welcoming environment for guests.
