Tatum Mae Boutique — Local services in Lemont Township

Very disappointed, just moved to the area and trying to support small local businesses but once again was proven that bigger stores simply have better policies. My husband bought me some Xmas presents, one being a $100 throw blanket that had a literal ribbon tied around it. Once I removed the ribbon I saw there was a long snag that will obviously unravel more once washed. Tags were still attached and had the receipt. The employees in store said they texted their boss and she wouldn’t exchange it bc the ribbon was untied. Also wanted to exchange slipper socks for a diff size and was told they don’t exchange footwear, all tags and plastic still attached. This should have been clear when the purchase was made instead of the owner telling my husband if there’s any issues at all to please bring them back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE and ESPECIALLY DO NOT BUY GIFTS FOR OTHERS HERE. I’ll definitely continue to support the restaurants in the area but will stick to chain stores where all sales...

I love this boutique! I first came in during the Hometown holidays to see if I could find an outfit for NYE. Omg..the Owner and saleswoman working were so warm, welcoming, and friendly to everyone. They even helped me find the perfect outfit, I felt like I had my own personal fashion stylists. I felt confident and gorgeous, which after having two kiddos, is saying alot. Speaking of, they even played with my kids so I could try on some clothes. I was speechless and incredibly grateful on that incredible act of kindness. I love my jumpsuit and although my NYE plans fell through because of illness, I'm looking forward to wearing it for Valentine's. I've never been a boutique kind of girl but Tatum Mae has my business for life. The vibes, atmosphere, and prices match...

Store owner sells defective items and doesn’t stand behind her products when you try to exchange them for new ones. NEVER WAS told about ANY “no return” policy on ANY items otherwise I would have never ever have bought them. OH BY THE WAY THE WOMEN GAVE ME GIFT receipts proving my point at the time of purchase. All items still had their tags on them and were NEVER used. One was defective and the other was the wrong size. The two RUDE girls working were bothered by us coming in because they had to actually work instead of chatting on social media. I walk by there everyday and no one is ever in there. Hmm,...
