It is a shame that someone would go out of their way to create multiple accounts to post bad reviews ALL IN ONE DAY towards a small family owned business. Novatea is worth trying and if it is not for you, then that is fair.

I’ve been waiting forever for a closer boba shop in Lemont, and now that we finally have one, some people are being unnecessarily rude in their reviews. This place smells like a brand-new car and is way more spacious than I expected, with plenty of seating, games, claw machines, and a great variety of drinks. The lady who made our drinks was super nice, quick, and the drinks were absolutely delicious. The bad reviews just don’t make sense to me. This place did not have good service. We walked in and no one greeted us, there was a couple people setting up the store and they were just walking past us still not acknowledging our presence. Wasn’t a very welcoming feeling. We stood at the cash register to order for about 7minutes before someone even said anything to us. The drinks were not that good..
