Do not waste you time and money!!!!! 3 weeks ago I call them and set appointment for march 30( this Saturday). because I working during the week, I have only Saturday available .So I call them before, I buy the from groupon this school voucher , if they can take me on Saturday( if not I can look for something else) But they told me, they have 1st available Saturday only on 31 of March , but you have to wait 3 weeks. I said ok. I can wait. So yesterday I call them to confirm my appointment, how I was surprised, this Saturday( when I have appointment ) school will be closed!!!!!! Really?! I mean, what about me???who will do my hair?? NOBODY!!!!! They did not call me! I waste 3 weeks waiting and one more surprise for me: They will not accept anymore clients on Saturday!!! I was upset.., very sad., I have big plans on SUnday , but ...... So anyway I ask them , what you want me to do?!!? School replay : Contact Groupon and ask them to get you money back!!!!What you want us to do??? yes, we did mistake , we booked you on this Saturday, yes, you wait 3 weeks for you appointment, BUT school close!!! Really?!!! Wow.... They really don care about you or you time.... They will have anyway people who will come and pay them money 1, 2, 3 - 10 clients like me , who care.... !!!!!!!!!!!! 2nd respond !!!!!!! You offer me next Saturday and on the same time you told me it s not guarantee you will have students on Saturday. So how many Saturdays I have to wait for you?!?! About Wednesday: before I booked Groupon I call about Only Saturday!!!! Because I cannot do during the week. And I told you this! Groupon give you credit, they not return you money!!!! And I don't need credit, but now I don't have the choice You did not call me about you mistake, yep... you told me I got wrong number... of course you are... You wasn't even planning to call me And one more: I cannot recover my appointment with somebody else. Because during the week I cannot. I call couple salons and they all was booked on this Saturday . School or salon it s not matter, you take money for the service. It wasn't for free! I had a Groupon for a no-chip and pedicure for two for 30 dollars, so obviously this was a great deal! The girls were nice and took there time, as opposed to non-student salons who just try to get you in an out as soon as possible. My only concern is that after a no-chip manicure, you are supposed to wipe the nails down with rubbing alcohol to allow it to cure, otherwise your nails will be super sticky. This step was forgotten and I was worried as to why my no-chip nails were not drying and still sticky. Nonetheless, I googled it and something as simple as purchasing rubbing alcohol from the drug store and wiping down my nails did the trick! I would...

This school is a gigantic family, where everyone is comfortable and everyone is able to joke around. I have NEVER seen any teacher ridicule, belittle, or mock a student nor have I EVER heard a student express that they have experienced that.
