Cloud Jammer — Local services in Lemoyne

i wanna first say that this place is very good, plenty of juice and a lot to choose from, i went in to buy a Suorin Drop as i went in and waited 5 mins before the guy asked if i need help, i asked if this was the device and the guy told me yeah, after about 5 mins i started talking about it then the guy tells me oh well that’s not the Suorin Drop we don’t sell those, didn’t really matter i decided to get the Smok Rolo Badge (almost the same device) guy didn’t really give me a lot of information or give much help, as i decided the juice i was all done and the guy took his time messing around on some hover board, didn’t bother me much i was patient, i’m 20 years old and i look VERY VERY young when i gave him my ID he stared at it for a good mintute and started saying something about it and was gonna give it back and looked at it again for another minute, i don’t know if he thought i had a fake ID or what it just seemed like that, after all said and done i got my stuff and left, didn’t say anything to me after that just stayed quiet, and i left, that was maybe my 3rd experience at that place, i don’t know if it’s because i look very young people don’t really wanna help me much or anything or say anything to me, i’m not sure if anyone else had this experience but it seems like if you are very young they don’t really wanna help as much, other than that they seem pretty cool and the place has lots of different juices and mods inside, i’m giving the place a 5 STAR but the customer service there is not good whatsoever, they don’t come talk to you after 5 mins of standing there the guy finally came to help me (the place had NO ONE else in it) that’s my review...

I called ahead of time to see if they had the ejuice that I vape in stock. Another Vape shop told me I had to come in and see for myself. They weren't very polite at all. They didn't even know what they carried or had in stock and weren' even respectful enough to check. Considering I was on foot or had to take an Uber depending what vape shop had the vape juice I vape I couldn't just pop in on every vape shop til I found one. The worked at Cloud Jammers was very polite and respectful and they carry pretty much all the big name vape supplies that a vape shop should have in stock at all times. I really appreciated it for real! I had to walk from Harrisburg to Lemoyne but it isn't all that far from. When I got there they were really nice and kind and polite. I asked them if there was any good pizza places in the area and they recommended this lil Pizza spot right down the street from Cloud Jammers on Market St in Leymoyne and the pizza was soo good so that was a plus too. I asked while I was at Cloud Jammers if they carry the coils that I use in my vape tank and how much they were for the future when I need coils and they carry them as well and at a better price than the vape shops from where I just moved from. So that's really great news for the future!! All love and respect to Cloud Jammerz in Leymoyne Pa! It's right across a couple bridges from Harrisburg. It's in walking distance so Cloud Jammerz is definitely my new home vape shop now that I live in Harrisburg!...

To start off… I don’t ever submit google review

This “establishment” does not treat their employees with respect.

I was in today to grab a vape and it ended up not working… I came back to report that it was not working and to see if I could get a new one - the employee that helped me out before was very kind, and even set up my vape for me. and I left him a tip. He gave me instructions on how to use it also.

When I came back he called the owner to verify the return. Then the owner was put on speaker and was berating the employee. To make matters worse… There was another employee (male) sitting there silently on his phone the whole time, Not trying to assist the other employee or chime in for opinion.

The employee was told that there is a separate group chat within the employee chats that talks bad about him and how “his brain is not there.” This is unacceptable. The so called “owner” was belittling this employee extremely and it made me uncomfortable. I went in simply for a return, and was thrown into a whole ordeal. I felt disrespected as the customer and totally offended for the other employee, He was shocked and offended by the owners remarks. I told the employee to not let anybody mess with him, It made me uncomfortable hearing the other employees/ owners treat him with such disrespect.

I will never be...
