As I am not someone who wants to tear other people down or write bad reviews which I wasn’t planning on doing.. after the owner verbally attacked me and my sister at this restaurant I feel as though I need to write something. Me and my sister ordered our food and when I got my plate, I noticed a hair immediately when the waiter came back with my drink. I told her “hey there’s a hair I’m not comfortable eating this. Is there any possibility you could remake this for me she said yes, and was kind.” When she returned with my plate again I really wanted to make sure there’s no hair left so when I opened the piece of sourdough toast, there was a hair just sitting there in the toast there’s butter on the hair. There’s no possible way it could’ve been my sister‘s hair. Her hair is down to her waist and this hair was short. There’s also no way our hair could’ve gotten onto the food in between the bread in a matter of seconds that the plate was put on the table. When me and my sister got up to leave the restaurant, I was willing to pay for her meal but the hostess informed me that it wasn’t at any charge due to the hair being in my food. I said thank you very much. I’m sorry don’t wanna cause any problems. I just don’t feel comfortable eating Here after there’s hair in my food. This is when the manager/owner girl comes out with a horrible attitude she’s getting all defensive and really just reiterating the fact that she doesn’t want me to write a bad review and how a bad review really affects her business and stuff and I was like I’m not planning on writing a bad review, but then the more she harassed us saying well let’s look at the cameras then huh and see that your you put the hair there. That really baffled me that the owner would treat me and my sister with such disrespect and accuse us of putting our own hair on the plate. This was the worst experience. I think I’ve ever had at a diner to be honest. I just feel I have to share about this so other people will know that if you decide to complain about hair in your food, you will get verbally attacked by the owner The hostess and waiter on the other hand was very kind and understanding. I know the owner is reading this right now so I hope you know that our day is not gonna be ruined and affected by your bad behaviour. I hope one day you can take time to reflect on your actions and how you treat other people and change. For the better. Thanks! I would also like to note that I started crying after feeling overwhelmed by her loud voice and when I was crying, she said why are you crying and then stormed off. Again, thank you to that kind hostess who reassured me.

**Hidden Gem for Breakfast Enthusiasts** Breakfast holds a special place in my daily routine, and I am constantly seeking establishments that can satisfy my morning cravings. Recently, I visited a breakfast restaurant called "First W," but the experience left me disappointed. The ambiance was pretentious, the prices were exorbitant, and the establishment was overcrowded. Moreover, the food was served cold, which further diminished my dining experience. In contrast, "New Beginning" stands out as an exceptional traditional diner that embodies all the desirable qualities of a breakfast establishment. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Bre, whose friendly smile exuded a sense of familiarity and comfort. The atmosphere was tranquil and inviting, providing an ideal setting for contemplation and the enjoyment of one's meal. Notably, the food was served hot, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. Based on my experience, I highly recommend prioritizing "New Beginning" as your preferred breakfast destination over any pretentious establishment. By choosing "New Beginning," you are guaranteed a satisfying and enjoyable breakfast experience.

I always like to start with the positives. When this place first announced they were opening, my family was very excited to try it out. The owners are very genuine and want to see this place grow. I love seeing that in a community. The food was really good and the service had character and charm. That unfortunately was it. the second time we returned for lunch we waited for over an hour and ultimately had to change our orders to go, only to get back to work and see that things were missing. I always try to give places a second chance to that's what we did this morning. On the Facebook page, a buffet was advertised from 10-12. My family arrived and was very eager to enjoy a good quick breakfast. We got there around 10:15 and was told the buffet wasn't ready yet. So we ordered coffee and waited, and waited. finally our drinks arrived and the buffet still wasn't ready. At 10:40 we decided to leave and go somewhere else to eat. I really want to see this place succeed but I'm not sure I can reccomend it until things start changing. Which is a real shame because it could be great for the area.
