I needed a 30 yd dumpster after doing major renovations at my house and started calling local companies to get availability and pricing. After getting very high quotes from local trash removal companies, I happened to see Guido's on Google and after seeing that they were in Leominster, I expected to pay an even higher price than the trash services in Gardner, Athol and Orange but I was pleasantly mistaken. Guido's picked up the phone ( no answering machine like the others), scheduled an appointment, showed up exactly when they were expected to and even offered a much better price than everyone else. The woman in customer service was super friendly, cooperative and very responsive. It's not something that I am used to seeing, post Covid. They even waived a few days of dumpster rental when I asked for it. I would highly recommend Guido's to anyone looking for an honest, affordable company with outstanding customer service and communication. These people are complete unprofessionals. We order a dumpster, the driver apparently says he can't deliver because there was a mess in the job site but instead of calling to let me know about the issue they call saying " we can't drop the dumpster, because of that we will charge you $150 fee and no we cannot wait until you try to address whatever you need to address"!
