I went into the store to buy a couple of uniforms and to reorder one of my scrub top. Well when I went up to the counter it was 4:45 I looked at the clock and the gentleman that was there was very argumentative. When I stated to reorder from a past order of scrubs he asked a million an one questions I had already gave him my name and phone number. But he wanted to know when I had ordered I told him probably in 2023. He said he couldn't find anything past 2019. Very impersonal. Well I stayed the lady I ordered this with she said I could come in and if I wanted to order again they could look it up, I told that to the guy. Well he looked again found my big order of scrubs, he asked if I knew the color I told him it was the light blue scrub set. He stated there was no light blue and stayed another color. He said it was the same color as the blue that is hanging next to the changing room. So I went to the similar color to ask him is this it? He said yes,, well it looks light blue to me. He looked thru my order again I needed to order the top part. Nope! They don't even make that anymore!! Just like that no eye contact or smile nothing, he was so argumentative I put one scrub set back I should have put both back as I was thinking about the owners that are usually very helpful, also had a positive personality. This gentleman did not, shouldn't even be working with people. While I was waiting to pay there was an older gentleman that walked in he asked for suspenders, that same guy working jumped on the register asked for the phone number and name. The guy repeated it twice to this sales guy who has no name tag, he turned and said no I have nothing for you. The guy got aggravated aswell and said I'm looking for suspenders!! Oh, well there are hanging right here and the are more on the side as around the register area. I don't usually complain , but this really needs to be said! What is going on with our attitude that this man has to react like people are stupid! Seriously! Customer service none!!! This guy was heavy set, and was working at that register. I seen a young man come out of the back to ask him if everything was ok the younger man with the black hat should have been helping the customers, I've worked with him last year he seemed to be new on the job last year but he was still nice. If this other guy is there again the next time I go in there is no way I will do business when he is there. I will travel to Worcester and give them my business there. No way. I walked in here with several hundred dollars burning a hole in my pocket. I very rarely have time to shop for shoes or clothing, especially during their business hours. Despite the huge selection, my dire need for footwear, and the fact I am not very picky, I somehow managed to leave empty handed.

I would have gladly bought any set of shoes that fit my feet, but the salesman, after scolding me for looking at the boxes in the display area, engaged in a very strange conversation in which he made several assumptions about what I want instead of asking me questions.

In a rather awkward exchange, he would ask if I knew the features of the random boot I was looking at, then he'd criticize my choice, and basically told me they didn't have what I am looking for because of the combination of features he was assuming I wanted based on the first boot I asked to see, even though I could clearly see more than a dozen different pairs of boots I'd have gladly bought.

He was getting extremely close to me and acting like I was bothering him by being there. I went to Bob's instead where I was able to try on 7 different pairs of boots in peace and also got hiking sneakers.

The other times I've been in here they never have what I'm looking for. The layout is very strange and cluttered. It's unfortunate because they seem to have a decent selection of high quality items but they make shopping for them...

The store does have some nice boots for work BUT!!! The staff is super pushy and cocky!!! I walked in to look around with my wife and I was approached by one sales person . I told him thank you but I’m just looking around. Then 5 mins later I had another sales person come to us again and again I said I’m just looking around. Sales person’s response was “oh so you’re going to look at all 200 boots?!?” I mean yea guy if I want to look at every boot in the store I think I have the right to look around before spending $200 on work boots SMH!!! I was ready to buy a pair but the sales guy comment just set me off and we just walked out. We were not going to spend any of our money on that store.
