My niece's party here last weekend was a complete disaster. Book a different place, this one is not worth it at all.
The party before ours did not leave at their assigned time. I spent the whole hour of play time asking kids from the previous party to leave the play area. This party was using all the party rooms. I was told I could get into one to set up at 3:30 to be ready for cake at 4. The previous party was still there at 4 so I sat my kids on the gross floor in the play area to sing happy birthday to my daughter and eat cupcakes. While we did this, kids from the other party came down the slide and nearly kicked someone in the head. Another kid tried to take a juice box away from one of my guests.
I really felt for the two women who were working that day. All they could do was make announcements over the low quality PA system telling the previous party to leave the play area. They called a manager who never got back to them, so they were on their own. I told them I would not be paying the balance due for the party, and that I'd be happy to speak to a manager about it over the phone. I did not ask for a refund of my $150 deposit.
I sent an email when I got home, explaining what happened and why I refused to pay the balance. I heard nothing for six days, then the same employee called to tell me that the owner says I still owe the balance for the party. This person never replied to my email, did not call me to discuss anything, and made his subordinate call me to ask for payment.
This place used to be great but now everything is dirty and/or broken and the party...
Read moreUsed to be great, now it’s a total rip off. We used to love going to this place, but they removed all of the fun toys, games and play areas, other than the four main large structures, and replaced them with pay to play arcade style video games and rides. Glide scooters, , giant chess, ball games, etc, all gone. Not cool when you just paid $15 per kid to walk in the door, and the majority of the things there you have to pay additional for.
There’s one little toddler area with toys remaining, which they now have signs everywhere saying “for children 4 and under”. Probably because that’s the only stuff left for kids to play with!
On top of that, the place is falling apart. Lots of broken and unkept areas in the large climbing structures. Many Out Of Order signs throughout the place.
To top it all off, the girl at the front desk was totally unprofessional. She mentioned as we checked in we “could not eat any snacks because she had already cleaned the party room for the next day, and that’s the only place snacks are allowed.” It was not close to closing time. Then she said, “well you can snack in the entry way if you want, but clean up after yourself” …what?!
We will not be going back, and I’m sad to see what was once one of our favorite...
Read moreThe addition of the arcade games is great. It means my older kids can enjoy this place still. Usually we have a real good time here, and we come about 6 times a year. Today was a disappointment though. For my daughters 2nd birthday, we decided to come after family dinner and meet some friends at BB kids. Friends weren't available until 6, and we thought later meant fewer kids to bowl over the little ones. We checked in at just after 540, sign and website says they were open until 9pm. We'll by 620, the woman running the place started vacuuming and having her kid pick up the toddler area. Then lights out for the toddler area, no games, after 630. I told our friend not to come because they are forcing us out. By 7, we were hurriedly trying to use our game card points up because we put $30 on it... but every time we left an area, the lady in charge would turn the lights off there... the other families told their kids they had to leave early and then there was just us. Lady was rude while we tried to use our winning tokens to get candy and fidgets. Super disappointed. Only got an hour of play, didn't use up all our game play card, and didn't get to play with friends here on...
