Discovered your store several weeks ago on a weekend getaway to a friend’s house. Surprised to see a full service store stocked with electric guitars, amps, acoustics, band and string instruments. In conversation with Jim, sales associate, informed me of their luthier. I have a 40 year old Yamaha acoustic that has fret buzz issues. He was certain his guy could fix it. My problem, I live 3 hours away. Said, I’ll bring guitar next time I’m in town. Spent about an hour playing some electrics and acoustics. Got a call from my friend, he was going down Lewes for a few days and agreed to take my acoustic for service. Turns out I had a cracked saddle. The luthier was able to custom cut new one and complete the work in one day. This allowed my friend to pickup before they returned home. Awesome work, guitar plays well. I was on vacation in Rehobeth Beach last week, but before leaving home, could not fit my guitar in the car. So, rather than repack, once I got to the shore, I looked for a music store and a cheap guitar, the cheapest I could find. The salesman at Music and Arts - Lewes (Tobie) didn't try to up-sell me. I ended up buying a discontinued, but still new Epipone SG Special for not a lot of money. Tobie brought the guitar out and talked about the set-up he had done, which turns out to be near-perfect and the reason for this review: low action, no high frets or fret buzz and excellent intonation. I have a few guitars, some newer (2023), some vintage (1933,1956, 2004), but nothing as playable as this SG. This was a great purchase experience. All credit to Tobie. Thanks.

Very impressed with this store. Both Chris and Jim are very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Jim helped me select a portable PA system for events in my clubhouse. He spent a lot of time with me explaining things as I only had a vague idea of what I really needed. When I came back to pick up my purchase Jim once again spent time with me showing how to connect things and explaining how things work. We did sound checks with Chris.
