I am from Seattle, Washington and so I have my fair share of jewelers to choose from. Having in-laws from Clarkston Washington, it was a random trip to downtown Lewiston to see what the Diamond Shop had compared to my big city jewelers. Going in with little to no expectations, I was completely blown away by their service, quality, and selection. Everyone is the Diamond Shop was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like I was hanging out with old family friends. When it came to ring shopping, I was waited on like royalty by one of the owner’s, Daniel Haines. It was a completely unique experience and I was shocked when he pulled out the perfect ring that was not only within budget, but the quality and beauty of the diamonds were amazing. Also I couldn’t believe how unique each design was. Daniel was so knowledgeable, friendly, knew exactly what I was wanting, and Exceeded what I had in mind. I had been researching for months and visiting jewelers across western Washington to find that unique, beautiful ring that was made just for me at the right price. We bought our wedding sets here and had the pleasure of working with Jen. The whole experience was pleasant. There were an amazing amount of options that worked for our budget and we were never left feeling like we didn't belong there. We did have a hiccup when ordering James' band, but Jen was able to correct it in time for our wedding and with no headache or grief! Every time we are downtown, we are sure to stop by and get our rings cleaned. We will always come back here for our jewelry needs and are excited that Jessi's diamond will always be valued at 100% what we paid for future upgrades.

Mike and the other employees here have been amazing. You cannot find service like this anywhere. I have been shopping for a ring for months online and in stores, finding nothing that fit what I was looking for. I sat down at the Diamond Shop for 15 minutes and Mike offered to order something, at no commitment from me, just to see if I liked it. Turns out, he was dead on. Ring was EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Add in all the benefits, warranties, cleaning, maintenance, etc for FREE after the sale and I didn't hesitate. Prices were competitive too.
