I bought a vaporesso from them last night. Brought it home as I know they need to be charged before use, let it charge all night and it doesn’t work. I brought it back the next day looking to return or even exchange it and the owner of the store refused to take it back telling me I could mail it into the company. How is a defective vape MY problem? I bought it from you sir, I shouldn’t have to send it out and buy another in the mean time whilst going through the trouble of mailing it to the manufacturer to wait for a refund. Bought a Pulsar Curve vaporizer for $100 on 12/16/2015 and have been very pleased with the product, until I was twisting the mouthpiece back on after refilling the chamber with my medicine, and "Snap!", the plastic part of the mouthpiece broke off. "No problem", I thought, "I'll just take it to the Vapor Room where I bought it and they will be able to offer a non-defective product in exchange, and the manufacturer will take it back, and the Vapor Room owner will not be out any money.
