I bought a vaporesso from them last night. Brought it home as I know they need to be charged before use, let it charge all night and it doesn’t work. I brought it back the next day looking to return or even exchange it and the owner of the store refused to take it back telling me I could mail it into the company. How is a defective vape MY problem? I bought it from you sir, I shouldn’t have to send it out and buy another in the mean time whilst going through the trouble of mailing it to the manufacturer to wait for a refund.
