Royal Chicken & Kabab — Restaurant in Lewiston

I had an unfortunate experience. When my husband went in to pick up our order, the employee told him that the order had been cancelled by Doordash and that he needed to pay. So he paid. And now we've paid more than twice for the same order. The employee spoke limited English and I think she misinterpreted the message about the lamb gyro being out of stock and a cost adjustment being made as a cancellation. I reached out to Doordash through the chat with the agent but it was no help; the person kept repeating that I would get the money refunded for the lamb gyro but did not grasp the actual problem :( It's unfortunate because the food is delicious and I suspect that it was not intentional. The food was mid, the floor was acctually caving in, their fire alarm constantly beeps and service took 10 minutes longer than what i was told. The woman at the counter was kind but frankly thats the only good thing about the place and it wasnt outstanding service or anything just the minimum ammount of service. Will not be returning EVER.
