I called June 21 about what they had to offer for plans and phones. I was talking to a lady, she sounded busy so I said just call me when you have time. She never called, so I called back about 5 and got another lady on the phone, I told her I was expecting a call back and never got one. So she told me about the plans and phones, and I said I would think about it. I Called the next morning with a few questions and decided to got with verizon, said I would be in, in the afternoon, which is a 60 mile drive. I walked in the store and a gentlemen said can I help you, and I said I talked to a lady, and wanted to talk to her, and she was with a customer so I would have to wait, because it would be her commission , he gave me water to drink. I waited a hour and asked him how long it would be, he said I will check with her, he said a few minutes. I waited about 15 more minutes and just got up and left, very upset. There were other sales reps in the store and nobody would help me. I called today June 24 and wanted to talk to the boss. They said she was with a customer and took my name and number and he said she would call me, She never called either, I have never seen such poor service. So I went up to inland cellular and they were great the minute I walked...
Read moreWow, Nikki really saved the day. It was a next level save. I came in almost in a panic, about to catch an international flight and had decided for some reason maybe it was a good idea to switch to Verizon earlier that day when I had time to kill. Because I thought it would be seamless and fairly easy to make a big change on exit day (I’m naive?!). Turns out it wasn’t, and my newish to me iphone did not accept the Verizon chip because of the AT&T proprietary iphone (who knew?!) (angry) (all of this at an unaffiliated store). I could not take back my AT&T account, so I was about to leave the country for a month with my business and personal phone line in outer space. Enough of my problems.. Nikki took it on and worked fast, and went over the top with creative solutions, even typing stuff in for me while I got my travel bags squared away toward the end. She was generous to make my emergency her emergency, and I was able to get out the door and to the Lewiston airport on time where I could finally slow down and be amazed at what just happened, and about the teamwork, and how humans are cool, and how life works out, and how I’m stoked to be with Verizon again, and how Nikki really and truly saved the day (and therefore saved the month...
Read moreMy husband bought his phone in Sept. It has a built-in SIM card and the phone started acting recently like it didn't have its SIM card anymore and was only available in SOS. This started with the update that happened two updates ago. It would be an SOS only for a day or two and then it would be okay for a day or two. This happened five times. We went into the store the day of the latest update, so that was done there and the store was helpful with that and we left thinking the phone would be okay. Was told if it happens again the phone is probably a lemon and we should warranty it since it's been less than a year since we bought it. A day later it's back in back in SOS and that's where it's been since then. We received the replacement phone through warranty yesterday. Was unable to get it to work using the directions that they sent. Would not connect to network. Took the phone into the store this morning and they want to charge $50 for them to help us. $50 for fixing a lemon phone that their update caused it...
