Ordered subway tonight, my sandwich was on the wrong bread, only had pickles on half my sandwich when i ordered extra pickles, and had no mustard when i ordered mustard. My sandwich was the only one actually cut in half. My kids sandwich wasn't toasted when we ordered toasted. When we asked a staff a question they couldn't be bothered and rushed a response with just a no as they kept walking. Definitely disappointed with this subway especially when it was over $40 for 3 sandwiches. I cannot say I would want to go to this exact subway again. I will take my time to drive elsewhere. We ordered online. We called to double check the order went through. We were rudely asked to hold and the phone placed on the counter. We waited for almost 10 minutes and hung up and tried to call back. We couldn't get through. When I got there 20 min later they had the sandwiches done incorrectly, even after specific instructions on the online order, no chips or drinks ready. It was for our office so I ended up having to call back to see what everyone wanted because it wasn't on the receipt. Unfriendly customer service. Won't return...
