Kohl's — Local services in Lewisville

Second bad experience here. They had all their boxes sets clearances on a shelf the compete section all around with big 50% off signs. So I grabbed a boxed set and brought it to check out along with $300 other things. She scanned it and said it wasn't on sale and had someone go check to prove. She had come over and said they were on that shelf but weren't marked down because they didn't have room anywhere else to put them. I told her it was false advertisement. I went with her to check the signage and she said oh they must have moved the sign...oh here it is and brought this dull computer lit screen that said the prices right in the plain middle of two large 50% off signs. Needless to say...they lost over $300 just this day and I will never step foot in this store again. False advertising and not to mention my son commented on how she had dropped something and cussed in front of him. I have spent a lot of money at this store but after second bad...

This store is open though it’s hard to tell if there’s really a store here at all. You can’t see it from the roads. Sits way back behind a gigantic empty parking lot. (Most of the parking lot could be replaced with other shopping or something.) Big trees surround the parking lot and there’s only one sign. The store itself on the outside looks like a warehouse or office or maybe part of the factory behind it. Super clean. More employees than customers. Too quiet, can hear everyone’s conversation. I was able to return Amazon merchandise here easily and quickly. They then gave me an in-store coupon. High quality merchandise. I searched but didn’t find anything I wanted to buy. So many clothes. The clothes were not bad but not really what I wanted. They’re putting a Sephora inside the store to sell expensive cosmetics. I’m not sure what they’re thinking. There’s 2 EV chargers in the...

Usually very tidy store bit with last minute the place was looking ransacked. The staff couldnt keep up with both organizing shelves and assisting customers. It seemed to me and my personal experience on Christmas Eve the too much importance was placed on organizing shelves and customers were being ignored. The checkout system they haf in place eith form one single line and being called to next open register was a good idea but they should look at the placement of product being sold and consider move out of the checkout area so that its not in the middle of where your line is forming and not accessible to those that are shopping without making people feel like your trying to cut in line. But then again it was Christmas Eve and people in general were just ridiculously rude so not all is to blame on staff. Normally ive always had very nice...
