Have been going here for well over 10 plus years and in my opinion the staffs attitude isn’t what it use to be. Use to go in and bring our consignment things and staff where friendly and very happy to have your business. Lately my last 2-3 times in the staff is at the counter talking to each other not looking up , looked so disinterested (I have always walked in with a smile and compliments to them that they always sell everything I bring in!!!!) so you would think they’d be happy to ongoing repeat customers??🤷‍♂️ My last time in I even go major attitude from one staff lady because something wasn’t wiped down and had dust on it…..which I didn’t not know or see ….not the end of the world I told her and still had attitude til I called her out on this. I've purchased furniture here before and my experience was very good. The staff gave me a good deal, and helped me arrange for a quick delivery. The delivery guys were extremely well-mannered and professional, going out of their way to make sure my property was safe, secure, and clean. They put down padded blankets to avoid putting a sofa on the ground outside, or the floors inside -- some movers I've used miss this simple step.
