Probably the best watch battery change I have had. I have 20+ watches and I have been to a lot of places for battery replacements, and he replaced the battery and made sure the watch is working properly with the battery in it. I have never really seen anyone do that before, usually they will replace the battery, and if my watch was actually broken, I would have to pay a lot more extra to repair my watch. I am glad he made sure my watch was working off of the battery he replaced. He also made great suggestions about what to do with the watch and what not to do with the watch. He was very friendly, and 10 dollars? The cheapest I have ever gotten my Movado watch battery replaced was like 15 dollars and the service was pretty bad and I could see they were not taking their time on my watch specifically. And it only took him like 5 minutes to replace the battery. I would highly suggest people who cares about their watches go to him for battery replacement or watch repairs. I will probably take couple of my jewelry to see if I can get it shined...

Absolute ripoff. Took a watch that was brand spanking new but a bit tight to have 1 link, I repeat 1 link added. The guy gave no price quote until after he did the work and went to pick it up. $85 freaking dollars!!! Thats more then a 3rd i paid for the whole watch!! Thats highway robbery, I could have purchased an entire replacement band for less 😡😤 never again.

First of all to add to the reply by owner. This is not Mr. Dively its his wife whom you ripped off as I am the one paying for it as it is my watch and I do not care that it is a coach watch, I have had this watch for 2 years and only worn it once, my husband let you know we did not need an exact match i literally just wanted a link that was close enough in color. Looking online I can literally buy another entire identical watch for $95 yet you expect me to believe just 2 frwaking links cost $85(he told you i only wanted 1 but you gave some bs story bout how they send them...

I RARELY give reviews, unless it’s absolutely outstanding or terrible. In this case, I’m happy to say that it is the former. :)

McAdams gave me a simple upfront quote and performed the polishing on an obvious scuff on my Rolex. He finished in just a couple minutes. He is a LIFESAVER.

His asking price for the service is also extremely reasonable. So much so, that I ended up paying a little extra for my own peace of mind.
