Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Maryland

Please you guys whatever you do please make sure before you eat at this place ylu read reviews and/or ask someone you know about the service and food!

My story!! I've been to this Slim Chickens one time and that's the last time!! I'm from Arkansas so I've had this food many times. My wife and I are now stationed in this area. I must this food and service was nothing close to my experience with SLIM CHICKEN!! First the tenders and wings were cold and tasted old! They were very thin and dried looking. The fries were to salty or over seasoned.. The shakes was ok 👍 but besides the shake it was all awful!! The box fell apart in the car food dropped alll in my son's lap I had to stop and clean it. I called and spoke to a employee told them whats going on they put me on hold for God knows how long. I hung up and came to the location, and asked for a supervisor. Again that took about 20 minutes because from what I could see they had a lomg drive thru line well only 5 or 6 cars and it was moving pretty slow. The employee came out and I told him the situation I asked for a refund he said he's not a manager and he's not authorized to do that. I asked him to get thr manager he stated that their not in. Which was hard to believe. I just said ok and left! As I was going outside I seen some people In a car with tented windows with smoke coming out the doors! It smells like some type of illegal substance! I waited to see the person coming out and long and behold it was an employee/ SHIFT LEADER on ID badge!! So not only is the service terrible there. The environment didn't feel safe snd family friendly.. just a headsup!!

My unsolicited review on Slim Chickens in St. Marys: Got there as soon as they opened at 10:30. I got chicken tenders and fries. Tenders have the perfect amount of breading, they were hot and delicious. Fries had good seasoning and the sauces were bomb. You get two sauces on the side. I got Honey Mustard and Buffalo

I finally visited this establishment on 1229 2022, however, drive to line was very long, but of course that is to be expected due to be a new establishment I decided to go in and when I came in I had one lady greeted me.. I didn't get her name The bathrooms were very clean and neat A young man was at the front counter. I'm assuming he was new and taking orders So he asked a young lady to help him. And which she did didn't get her name either as we spoke she gave me some recommendations. I placed the order As I placed the order I noticed a lot of our young individuals were working there. This is a great thing. However, there's a lot of chit chat and running around. I place my order and I seem to wait it longer in the inside then the drive-thru. Due to the people in the front were an even checking to see if my food was even ready. Everyone else in the dining room had already left.. and the drive-thru.. I drove home with the food. Excited to find out that it wasn't all that great. This is just my personal opinion and chicken wings were hard. I'm very tiny. Not what I expected to pay out of $25 and some change.. so overall this customer service was a little lagging and the food was just okay. Don't think I will spend that again. I can't say the parking lot...
