If I could leave 0 stars I would! This supply house is an absolute joke! They are disrespectful and don't want to help the little guy, their only in it for the big companies! I called to complain to their manager (Anthony) would not give me his last name took 3 times to get his first name so it was probably fake! They always leave supplies out, we purchased a meter pack that was damaged and was very pricey compared to other locations, we received a broken breaker, which we had to exchange. They did a refund on a $1000 order because they missed an item, instead of ringing the item up separately then recharged the $1000 to the card (still waiting for my refund) the manager said it must be a communication error on my part (REALLY?) They didn't care about losing my business which is fine. I'm an electrical contractor just like Fayette, Randy walker, and all the other big local companies and I deserve the same treatment i dont deserve to be discriminated against, my moneys the same as theirs.They are incouraged to be disrespectful by the owner, because when I asked what the owner would think of this treatment they said the owner wouldn't care. But that's ok I'll just take my business to rexel, where I'm treated with respect and not discriminated against. Steer clear of this location! Use someone else! Bad customer service employees walked right by me and didn’t even ask if I’ve been helped. Waited an hour for an order that I called in will call two days in advance. Also every order they have pulled for me has had something missing like small but important parts that I did not realize were missing until I arrived on a job. Received damaged meter packs that I had to paint, Molded case breakers were broken, reducers for pvc weather heads were missing, meter hubs were the wrong size, and they overcharged. Gave them the benefit of a doubt, but things just kept adding up. I had to let the manager know about the service I have been receiving, but his response was “ it must be something I’m doing wrong and they don’t really care to loose my business anyway”. Seems like to me that they really don’t care about customer service and especially smaller company’s business and for this I will never use Or recommend...
