During our first visit at Rent-Mart of Lexington, my wife and I were just inquiring about a few items, but to our surprise, we were given a deal that we could never have past up on a refrigerator, leather sectional, table set, set of lamps, and rug. We had been greeted and handled with the upmost positivity and respect by James who we both had to assume was a manager. We were also more than happy with the total price and quality of the furniture. As to the delivery of our purchase, we were called ahead of time to avoid any delays which was also great. Our delivery was made by Darnell and Jarious who both could not be spoken of any higher of than what we were shown. It was by far an easy delivery yet they both got the job done still showing us with the up most respect. They never complained and when we told them that they had worked hard enough already and that we could set everything up, they refused and continued on until our furniture was set up flawlessly though not easy in least. Darnell and Jarious were nothing but exceptional and we could not thank them enough. It is strange that a place of business has been given a complete 5 stars and I don't usually believe so either, but this may just be the first. No matter how hard I could try and critique their efforts, it would be and is the same. I can think of not one thing that could be better. I came in to lease a laptop and I was shown all the aspects of each laptop to compare which one would be a better fit for my needs. I already rent multiple things through rentmart. Every experience I have had with them is wonderful. I absolutely love rent mart and the guys that work there. They also make me feel very welcome and help me in any way I need. They always explain the rental agreements to me thoroughly every time I sign a new lease and any time I would like. My favorite two gentlemen to work with are delvano and James. They are always wonderful and nice as can be. The delivery guys that delivered my bed and washer and dryer set are awesome too. I have rented through multiple places and had awful service. Not a good experience. Will not do business with this company again. Or any other rental company for that matter. Ive done my research. All the rent to own companies are a rip off. Arons rent a center rent mart etc. My advice to anyone who might read my review save up your money and buy whatever you're wanting out right and own it at retail value. These companies make it look good getting a new Xbox or Playstation or whatever the item is for a small down payment which at the time is more affordable then going out and spending a chuck up front i get it. but in the end its worth it so your not spending triple what the item is actually valued at at the end of the contract. Im amazed how companies like these stay in business. Lesson learned....
