I have always always shipping here. I live in thomasville but prefer this location to high point any day! Today however my experience was ridiculous and unnecessarily stressed . I went to exchange a suit coat I purchased last week. Simple The girl tried to refund me immediately when I took jacket to her to hold while we picked a replacement size. Once she finally understood hold it fine Get back with exact jacket in different size and she couldn't get register to scan the receipt. She said let's do this..insert your card. I did. It refunded the coat but the price now of new coat was 40 more. I said no..younhave to make it an exchange! She said well that's what it says. I asked her more than 3x to get a manager. When she finally did the lady got it fixed. I was apologizing and frankly I shouldn't have at all. The clerk was rude incorrect and quite dumb as to exchange policy.

Read moreWhen I visit, it’s usually an ok to a great experience. Well today I went in to look at comforter sets with my husband and we were unsuccessful at finding anything. We then wanted to check out the cologne and perfumes, but could not find what we were looking for. I waited for the heavyset lady with the short hair cut to finish with a customer (name starts with a B). Upon her finishing, she didn’t act too enthused to help me out. I asked her where the ladies Dolce & Gabbana perfume was located and she only pointed to where it was from across the store instead of guiding me and then walked off to another customer. Read moreWent today, what a nightmare. The cashier in cosmetics told me I was wrong about sales I saw online yesterday. She also told me I had no rewards. I purchased over $200. I then told her I had a return that was delivered to my home. She said she could not find it on my account that I must have got it from their market place and good luck trying to return it. I told her "Then I am returning most of what I had just purchased." She said "Fine." When I got home I found my rewards and looked at my current statement and there was my purchase.
