Got to order fairly quickly, but others behind us waited a while to place theirs. One female employee was opening eat at the counter, fingers touching her mouth, and she would just use a paper towel "to clean her hands." Unsanitary, health violation. We waited 40 mins for our food, 12 boneless wings total. They were overcooked and hard. The drink station was dirty, the napkins were out, and the ice tea was old and bitter. The female who was eating kept interrupting the employees trying to get the orders out. We discovered they spit out the orders in how they are received, so order online so it is complete when you pick it up. Do not do door dash as this wingstop makes the driver fill your drink up and close the lid, no sanitary also not their job!
Manager was nasty to a dasher when asked about why they had to do the drinks. Doubt they will accept any orders from this wingstop...

From the moment we walked in, it was clear something was off. The staff at the register seemed completely out of it—confused, disorganized, and not paying attention. We were overcharged and they nearly gave us the wrong order.

The celery and carrot sticks were especially bad: watery, limp, and clearly not fresh. The celery sticks were nearly transparent, like they’d been frozen and thawed multiple times.
We flagged it, and they did refund the cost of the sticks, but honestly, we were too grossed out to finish the rest of our food after that. It felt unsafe to eat there.
Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not...
Read moreCame in there was a line, so I ordered off of their website. Decided to cancel my order after 34 mins because my food wasn't ready, I watched an employee take out trash, then return to work without washing her hands, watched another employee eat grapes in the window, and was unable to get tea, water, sprite or orange soda as they were "out".
When I asked to cancel my order I was first called a lair by the woman who didn't wash her hands and then she pointed to her arm looking at another employee, implying I am racist. Then Jack, the woman at the register who said she was the store manager, said she couldn't cancel my order. I showed her the email from Wingstop that says if I need to change or cancel my order to call this store! I was again told that I had to call "them" at this point I decided to just...
