First time there, and the warm service made me feel right at home! The boutique was well lit & bright, decorated elegantly, and was very clean with COVID-19 precautions being taken (hand sanitizer out for customers, plastic partitions at registers, and masks being worn). The young lady working was super friendly, helpful, had a bubbly personality, and made me feel comfortable while I was looking around. The clothes were very stylish and definitely well made/tailored. Ordered a dress a size larger than I would usually get from this boutique. It came and I couldn’t even get into it when fully unzipped. So for my return they assured me it would be 3-5$ for shipping... at the lowest cost available to me, I paid nearly 14$ for shipping. After making them aware they didn’t offer to refund the high amount I paid for shipping. Will not use...
