Modern Pantry isn't just good; it's an experience! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a level of customer service that makes you feel truly valued. But let's talk about the star of the show: their chicken gyro. To simply call it "good" would be a disservice. This gyro is a culinary masterpiece, a symphony of flavors and textures that dance on your palate. The succulent, perfectly seasoned chicken, nestled in warm, pillowy pita bread, is a revelation. Each bite is an explosion of freshness, complemented by vibrant toppings and a sauce that ties everything together in perfect harmony. And the best part? It's worth every single penny. In a city brimming with dining options, Modern Pantry stands out as a true gem, offering exceptional quality that justifies its price point. To all my fellow food enthusiasts in Lexington, and to anyone visiting this wonderful city, mark my words: a trip to Modern Pantry is an absolute must. Prepare to have your taste buds tantalized and your expectations exceeded. This isn't just a meal; it's a memorable culinary journey. Highly, highly...
Read moreI’ll start by saying I love the concept a convenience store but also serving hot meals smart!. The inside was nice they do have some seating a wide variety of options in the store. I like that they stay open late a few days out the week . Not common anymore since Covid. The service wasn’t the best my friend ordered chicken tenders with curly fries and only the fries were rung up. Not to mention they were $5 just by themselves. I got the triple cheese quesadilla. The food was just ok it lacked seasoning. I feel the quesadilla should have been cooked longer and sour cream or salsa should have been included. The curly fries also had no flavor. I think customer service here needs to be improved. If you’re not sure you got everything in the order repeat it back to the customer! I will be giving this place another try in the future. I do hope the food quality and...

Not only did the owner reopen the store once he saw my partner, he offered to give him the only milk they had in store at the time which was not meant to be sold but was for sale usage in their kitchen. Great people and I hope Lexington welcomes this business with opens arms, just like they did for two of us locals.
To the note about the prices being high—this is local, small business. The potential extra dollars on lunch or a quick treat are the costs of supporting our own communities—a cost...
