Came in to the visitor center, upon walking in while the two people behind the front desk were talking and chitchatting, and as soon as entered they went into complete silence, never greeted me, never asked if they could help me. I honestly felt like I was bothering them every time I asked about something. The guy was looking on his cell phones the entire time. I really felt uncomfortable, I bought a couple of things from the gift store and they still didn't say anything to me. I did not feel very welcome for this being a visitor center. (I believe the lady's name was Debby and the guy didn't have a name badge on, but he was younger with his hair, pulled back in a ponytail)

When you find someone who understands that you love a roadtrip and want to see and participate in as much as you can (and always looking for swag) then they become quite dear to you.
