White Orchid Boutique — Local services in Lexington

I was referenced to this boutique by a friend and since then I have visited on multiple occasions and purchased items. But my last visit on February 22nd 2023 has made me never want to return. I walked in and I was not greeted. I had to speak to the person on the floor first and even then was met with a very dry “hey”. I continued to shop around by myself while all the employees were gathered in the back I guess stocking? I was looking for a specific pair of jeans so I asked one of the employees for some help. She wasn’t sure if they carried them so she asked the owner and I felt like the owner was almost bothered that she had to help me?? Then as I’m checking out I was trying to find some jewelry and another employee who again came from the back was standing there staring at me looking at jewelry like she was trying to rush me. So the girl who was checking me out told her she could use their register while I looked and the girl staring responded “I got a lot to print” with a nasty look on her face. At that point I should’ve just left everything there on the counter but the girl (Sam) who helped me was so sweet that I just bought what I had and left. I’ve shopped this wonderful boutique on many occasions and have had a very pleasant experience each and every time. The owner is very attentive to ensuring needs are met when looking for something particular. I also love going in and being able to see that she and her staff are wearing what they sell as it gives me an idea on how something looks and quite honestly they look so cute it makes me want to buy the outfit right off of their back. I typically never leave a review but i was so impressed with this new boutique in West Columbia! From the time I walked in I was instantly greeted by the owner, Amber! She was so welcoming and helpful. I just had a baby so I’m in between sizes and she picked out so many different outfit options that flattered my body and made me feel confident after having my son.
