The first time I came to this salon, I had the best experience ever. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well this time around. I didn’t want to complain because my first experience was so great, but I believe constructive criticism is due especially when it’s for a service you pay for. I walked in at 12:30 and was out by 12:44pm. My hair was washed, cut and styled in the span of about 15 minutes. The whole process felt and was rushed, which really upset me because my hair was left uneven. I did think about going back to get it corrected, but unfortunately I am so disappointed at the lack of care that I was given, that I do not think I will be going back. Overall, the stylist is great and talented, it is just a shame that this time around she did not provide the service she did last time. If someone is paying for a service, you need to give them the proper service experience. If you do not have time for that person, it is okay to say no . Don’t try squeezing someone in for an appointment that you will have to rush and not do your best work. That is all I wanted to say. I thought it was a great experience up until the time I paid. I booked this through class pass and read all the information and there was nothing there about an extra charge. I pulled out $10 because I was going to tip my stylist and the guy at the front desk saw it and told me “it’s $10 extra because it’s actually $55, not the $45 that ClassPass charged you”. I checked afterwards on their website and it says “Women: starting at $25 – $45”, so clearly that wasn’t true. All I got was a trim, with no special shampoo or styling, which is the most basic form of a haircut I could have gotten, so it seems like he just on-the-spot changed me more money because he saw me pull out cash. On the website it also says “Includes Consultation, shampoo & conditioner, relaxing scalp massage, cut & blow-dry “ which is exactly what I got, nothing extra. I actually didn’t even receive the “scalp massage” they claimed. I had been thinking about coming back for my future hair cuts, but this experience left a very bad impression and I just gave him the $10 extra he charged me and left without...

This was my first time at this salon, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I called ahead to ask about walk-ins and was told I could come in at 9:30 a.m. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so welcoming.

The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated how everyone helped out to keep things running smoothly. Anila, my stylist, was fantastic. She expertly managed multiple guests, but I never felt neglected. She really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job on my long, thick hair. I asked for layers and to have some weight taken off, and she delivered perfectly! She even suggested I come back for a bleach-free treatment to lighten my hair after I told her I was wanting to dye it but was nervous about damage. I love how my hair turned out and will definitely be back.
