Bad customer service. When ordering meat, they took 15 minutes or more and when finally given my order the guy misunderstood what I asked for. I understand the weekend gets busy but when I told the guy the issue, he then promoted the meat I didn't want. I then asked what about my order? And he said I had to wait another 15 minutes! So I then walked away and went to customer service. Told the girl the issue and all she said was that she was going to talk to the guy. How is that going to benefit me? Aren't they suppose to help fix the problem? Instead of her going back there and getting my order, she did nothing. No solution! Great until I got to the cashier. I put my basket on the belt and the cashier gave me an attitude about it. She started throwing my food items out with no respect and no gentleness. If the basket on the belt is offensive, I wouldn't understand why. This cashier had really long fake eyelashes (only mentioned so management can identify the worker) and needs to be addressed about how she interacts with customers. I use to love rio valley until i brought a can of mandarin oranges and i NORMALLY check the expiration date, but this time i forgot to check It before i brought it and by the time i got home to make the salad with it, i open it and it smelled like death and it was 2 months OLD!!! They need to be taking food down OFF THE SHELVES if it way past the expiration date!! They can get sued and cause serious health issue among others if they keep it up!
