Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Leyden Township

So I came to this location tonight and may I say it was awful, if only I was able to give no stars on this. The place was packed, I mean a line going out of the door. I wish I could say it was due to the quality of the product, but seems its more the incompetence of the staff. Half the place was waiting in line, the other half were waiting for their "Hot n Ready" pizza.

It took 10 minutes just to take my order, which was two "Hot n Ready" pizzas. I asked how long the wait would be and he said 5 minutes. I thought "Ok, it's busy I understand" First 10 minutes pass... then 20....and customers who showed up after me were getting their stuff and I became frustrated. There was no system in place to serve anyone in any order. I asked how much longer and he responded by saying "Any minute now. " Another 10-15 minutes and finally I get my "Hot n Ready" pizzas.

I asked to speak with the manager and he was a complete jerk. He acted annoyed before I even said a word. He was rude, disrespectful and treated me like I was trying to get something free. I just waited almost 45 minutes for 2-$5 "Hot n Ready" pizzas and he thinks I want something free. Sure, throwing in $2 crazy bread for free is what I'm confronting you for, idiot.

So the conclusion of my experience was coming home to two pizzas that looked liked like a 5 year old put together. "Hot n Ready"??? I'd rethink this whole thing...

Update. The gm quit. The manager quit. Now all u get Is pizza that belongs in the trash not in ur belly. Previous post before they lost the good management below . Keep in mind it is no longer good.

Wow! The change is here!!!! The store had a change in ownership. The pizza quality has gone up and the manager and assistant manager are amazing!!!!! The young gentleman ( Assistant manager) puts a smile on anyone's face!!! His tact is off the charts. He is also proud of his job and you can see it by the do diligence he gives his position. The GM was there today and he you can feel the heart of service in him. Listened to me taking time out . The manager that is a female is very sincere and shows great concern for customers and I know that the two make an incredible duo and that they will lead their team to victory. You really should try this place again with this new management, I'm sure your stars will rise up, cause in this moment that's where they are headed in service ! Straight up out of this world :) mmmmm I'm full of pizza 🍕 not...

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the location my order was not ready. They said they didn’t not have the thin crest to make the pizzas. The never informed me they could not complete my order. There was no courtesy call letting me know what was going on. So I said I wanted my money back and they said the manager was not at the location to refund my money. He said he would call me back to refund my money. This never happen and the worst part is that I called corporate and they did not care to fix the problem. They did nothing to fix the problem. I went back to the location to ask for the manager and the useless employee used her personal phone to call him , what a joke. I am so glad I moved away from this area it’s full of low class incompetent people. Corporate didn’t care to fix the problem their response was you have to talk to the manager, well he doesn’t care. Don’t waste your time here find another location or...
