AT&T Store — Local services in Leyden Township

This review all started when I lost my phone, I went to the AT&T store on Mannheim Road in Franklin Park. The young man who assisted me is very polite, professional, and has great customer manners.

However, we could not get into my account because AT&T wanted to send a verification code to the phone that I lost.

Needless to say The young man figured everything out and explained everything he did. To avoid the situation in the future he set me up with a new tablet. And I chose passwords that I can remember. He actually took the time when I received my phone to help me set up my phone and new tablet to get them connected.

When I would ask a question, he never snickered or laughed. He simply explained the answer very plainly and professionally.

Being in your 60s is not easy with the new technologies, I was getting flustered at times, but he was totally calm doing what he did and in the end everything worked out

He even told me that if I have any problems in the future to just come back.

Absolutely five stars plus for this young man.

My mother got ripped off by a guy who is working todays shift not sure his name but he sold her a found claiming it was $250 a iPhone 15 and would be paying $50 a month for phone payment and phone service and she has her husband on her line with her she got a mail today saying she alone has to pay 115$ and that her husband is not on the account same men who sound her the phone who is there today told her i don’t know how to help just call 611 what kind of phone company can’t help with phones services but has no problem selling a phone and doing her bill all wrong amd removing a line she very upset and will be complaining to higher end and switching phone companies think twice before coming to this location and to get service from this guy which I wish I knew his name to...

So I'm actually a current tmobile customer and have been since forever. But I stopped into the Franklin Park ATT omw to the airport for an extra charger, well little did I know I'd leave the store ready to leave tmobile. The young lady that helped me Jaqueline was so helpful she went over all of the current promos n offers ATT has and how much switching over could save and benefit my family. I didn't switch that day since I had to make my flight but I'm definitely going back asap! I've never had such a good CS experience in all my years with Tmobile the service this young lady provided was enough to sway me to switch!! If u stop in make...
