The sales staff in the front store were very helpful and kind but the people in the back entrance were very rude! It was my first time in the store and my son took off to the back and when I went to get him they said I needed to pay to get in. I told them I'm not staying I just want to get my son to try on some shoes and they said I have to pay to go get him. I said to them that I had no cash and if they could go get him for me and the security's answer to me was "I don't know who your son is or what he looks like! "(In a rude way).
