I don’t do reviews often, but this time i feel like i have to because what i experienced made me feel so uncomfortable. I ordered a trenta strawberry acai, and they gave me a grande. At first i wasn’t upset! I work in a fast food environment, and thought maybe she just misunderstood me. So i offered to give the drink back, and just pay the difference. The girl who charged me immediately walked away as soon as she charged me, and wasn’t coming back to the window even as i flagged her down. There then was a man who opened the window and asked what was wrong, and like i said before, i just wanted to exchange the drink and pay the difference. He told me to just keep the drink and that hell make a correct one, and as much as that was nice, he proceeded to roll his eyes before he closed the window. Then he came back a few moments later with the size i wanted but filled with ice. Read moreCame in at 9:30 AM for a green tea. Cashier did not ask for my name at the register to put on the cup so it wouldn’t be clear as to what order would be mines. I go to the bathroom and come out to pick up green tea. Not sure what cup would be mines. Barista does not even bother acknowledge me standing there looking for the drink. Finally a guy who came in and ordered after me gets his drink so I ask about the green tea, the cashier who rung me out points to a cup that says “TI Emperors Cloud” and I explain I did not know that was suppose to be the name of a green tea. He nonchalantly says “ok” and walks off. I go up to him again and explain I understand you all may be busy but you could have at least asked for my mane so I would at least know what to look for on the cup. He nonchalantly says ok again and than says sorry. It’s clear he was not truly sorry because he held the same attitude and tone as he did previously. Not sure what I did to deserve the rudeness. Read moreLazy and rude staff lately. I’m a daily customer. Today I ordered In store pick up through the App at 315. My husband left to go get it a few min later. He comes back with nothing and said the doors are locked, he tried calling several times and the line has about 35 cars (which is like 45 min atleast). I went back because I didn’t spend 15 bucks for nothing. Asked the worker outside if he could help, that I ordered a coffee about 30 min ago and want to get it before close. He said no, wait in the line. Was mad at that point. Went to the door and started knocking, I was ignored. The worker outside said they closed the inside because they are short staffed and they can’t open the door. At that point I wanted my money back but they refused. a girl finally came to the door gave me my order and told me next time I need to wait in line. How about you walk 8ft and hand a coffee over.
