Slice Factory — Restaurant in Proviso Township

Service here is hit and miss. I've had some great service here, and I've had terrible service here. Once the girl behind the counter refused to give me my order because the Uber Eats driver couldn't figure out what order was his.

Last few times I've come here around 12am and they were out of the meat lovers pizza, and told me that they weren't making any more for the night. I don't really believe that they would stop serving one of their popular slices two hours before close.

It's decent food for they type of place it is. Their prices are a little high in my opinion, theres no way 3 slices cost 35 bucks. Their mozzarella sticks have something left to be desired especially with the cold marinara sauce. Pizza sometimes looks like it's been sitting out for hours on end, withn no heat lamps.

Their newly remodeled bar looks nice, their slot machines hardly ever pay out, So...

I went here on 10/17/15.... The Cashier Oscar, Clearly wrung me up for a slice with his own price in mind.... After I paid I asked for a recipet which is where all attitude begun... After hesitation & attitude he finally gave it to me... I then question the charge for the slice.. His reply was " well are prices went up 10days ago" ...?? What I asked, how can your menu & all other signs & flyers have one price but you charge me something else? You can't do that... After going back & forth with him & Him getting extremely loud & giving me all types of rude attitude all because he over charged me he then finally went in the draw & gave me back the difference... Needless to say at that point I was done... I didn't even trust eating the pizza I would never step foot in this location... Nor would I recommend it... I was very...

I called myself get a LA burger place my order within 10 minutes it was done.I was so hungry just got off work it's across street my job .This (steakburger w/ fries ) cost around 12.65 . Went into the restaurant to get my order start to eat it immediately.I don't understand how was everything warm except the top bun .I was so pissed off ,it's as if they had the bun by the front door.it was hard & dry they didn't throw it on the grill to be toasted or nothing .The nerve of this establishment I couldn't believe it.i will never return again tho this place such disappointment.I should have went for steak tacos instead.I wouldnt eat there again if it was the last...
