I love the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant however the employees' customer service skills need alot of improvement. I went there about a month ago and the lady that took our order was very rude right from the beginning. My husband tried sitting by the back away from the table that was sitting by the entrance, because you know social distancing, well she was sweeping and told him no to go sit next to them on the booth. We sat our girls and proceeded to order. She stopped sweeping and went to take our order and she kept rolling her eyes while we looked up at the menu on the wall. And when we would add something to our order she persisted on asking anything else? With an attitude! There was no line and we were a party of 5 why the rush? I hate coming back because they make it seem like we come to beg for food. We are paying customers and the least we want is great customer service. Shortly after we paid and waited on our food, a couple walked in and sat where my husband was trying to sit so I don't know why she redirected him to go sit elsewhere if it was not a closed area of...
Read moreWhere do I begin we got there a bit before 3:30 pm as we where placing our order she made sure to rush us telling us they close at 4:00 pm. As we where placing it we’ve seen the cook take out the meat from a plastic container it was obviously already cooked and put away and much a big blob nothing fresh about it. You can tell she had a huge attitude because we got there. Secondly another family walked in and she made the nastiest face. Finally a lady alone walked in at 3:48pm and the employee said we are closed the customer said well your sign says open and door is unlocked. Well you can only order burritos then 🤯 once we got our food it was incorrect. Non of the protein was on the mini quecas. I showed her the receipt and she just took it with an attitude. I instantly got sick my youngest got sick even threw up at there establishment. My eldest tacos had so much fat and burnt meat it was impossible to eat. I am a true believer that if you don’t want to do something in good faith it will turn toxic in which why...
Read moreI went Saturday morning at 10:15 and there was only one lady there. I wasn’t even sure it was open. The open sign wasn’t on. There was only one tall lady with grey hair (didn’t get her name) and I felt soo bad for her. She was very nice and very apologetic. She was answering the phones, getting Uber orders, attending customers, and cooking. She was doing it ALL. No one was there helping her, it took her while to make my food since she was still setting everything up. But no one was there to help her. Las Quecas owners/management team need to do better, to get this poor lady more help. I’ve worked in the food industry and it’s not easy when it’s only one person doing it all. The food is good and the coffee, but this is very discouraging to see and having to wait so long, I left at 10:45 for a quecabirria...
