7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Liberal

Terrible experience they messed up my drinks twice in a row. Sloppy portions, no training evident, and zero care for consistency. Drinks always overflowing the cup spilling out. Training needs to be done there should be no reason drinks are being rushed out and constantly inconsistent. If I order the same thing everytime I come why does the taste or looks vary depending on the shift or Barista? Clearly a lack of training and upper management not caring just hiring! My first order i ordered 2 blue raspberry rebels with vanilla and heavy cream 1 drink was blue and one was green. And both had so much heavy cream in them you couldn't taste nothing so I took them back to be remade! When they bring the new drinks back out they're both green this time so im like ok this is weird ive never seen blue raspberry rebels green before so I taste it it taste nothing like blue raspberry... so I take it back for a refund terribly disappointed and ask for a manager, she comes out and tells me the red bull she adds changes the color! And maybe the drinks we order on a different shift has different portions?! Like what?

So we usually have such a pleasant visit however today I felt awful because Daisy who was soooo sweet and very friendly tried to help us and she proceeded to get yelled at. My daughter wanted to pay for my drink so I pulled up to the 2nd lane and Daisy asked how she could help. I let her know my daughter was the one in Lane 1 and was paying for my drink. She said okay great! I’m not sure if this other person was a manager she was shorter and had glasses darker hair, yelled at Daisy and asked her what was going on. Daisy let her know I was just picking up a drink that was being paid for in Lane 1. This lady was sooo rude and loud to Daisy who was simply trying to help us. Daisy stayed calm and very friendly at all times but I just felt so awful for her. She was doing just what we had asked and she was yelled at by this other lady working there. I apologized to Daisy and she said no you are just fine. Have an amazing day. No one should be allowed to speak to any coworker that way. Thank you Daisy for being such...

7 Brew in Liberal, Ks. has become one of my absolute favorite spots for coffee and energy drinks! Every time I visit, the service is exceptional — quick, friendly, and always welcoming. The drive-thru is super efficient, which is perfect because I’m somehow always late.

The drinks are incredible! Whether it’s a rich, smooth coffee or one of their delicious fizz drinks, 7 Brew always delivers. I love how customizable the menu is — you can truly get your drink exactly how you like it. My go-to favorite right now is a Strawberry coconut cream iced fizz.

I want to give a special shoutout to Miss Rich and Miguel — I’ve had amazing service from both of them! They always greet me with a smile and make the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.
