The issue started with a employee that had must of started off with a bad. But when those days seem like everyday the attitude gets old. My freind also gets reminders for three days prior to his payment date..from the guy that always has a attitude. And when i politely approached the subject with the manager of the store he himself Seemed not too concerned with the employees conduct . more concerned about defending his actions and speaking on his behalf.. In his defense..even when knew nothing of the situation until i explained it to him. All im saying is the customer service sucks and the hospitality, or business ethics was of no concern to...

If I could leave zero stars I would. Today is Wednesday October 26,2022. The General Manager and another worker came to my apartment to bring another washer because mine broke after 7 months of renting. I was getting ready for work and I was upstairs in my bedroom. They were downstairs by themselves which was my mistake. UNDERNEATH the Job Title people are who they are. My son got home right after they left and realized his 35$ was missing off of the kitchen table. I can't believe this happened we are extremely upset. ARONS GM AND WHO CAME WITH HIM ARE THEIVES .NEVER LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED...

Very good company. Reasonable prices. Very good customer service. Employees that really care about getting you approved . And will work with you if you fall behind so you don't have to lose your lease that you worked hard for . Never seen another rental company bend over backwards to help you so u don't lose it. especially complete strangers. Just overall a great place . Would definitely recommend .
