Best place if you want to shoot for first time or want to practice professionally everyday. Some perks… 1. It’s a great store with shooting range. They have lot variety of guns for sale as well as for shooting rentals like handguns/glocks, revolvers, rifles/with suppressors too. 2. They have like 22 lanes for shooting. 3. Price is around $50 for each person if you are first time shooting. Take parties/event reservations for group of 6. They will give 5 guns of your choice and 2 hours of shooting on 3 lanes. 4. Just ask for their help in every step if you are first time. They will help you on everything and they are so patient all the way. The guys helped us a lot since it’s first time for us. We would definitely go back for sure. They will even help you at shooting lane (the guy would stay with us all way to end). 5. They have lot of options on guns to choose for rental. Guns on rentals cost extra. Bullets cost extra money too. All that considered it would be around $50 for each roughly. 6. Choose rifles for sure. Glocks/handguns are good and smooth. But rifles are best. It’s not hard. You will love it. 7. It would be so loud inside lanes. Always wear head rest for noise suppression. 8. They have party lounges for party or event too. 9. They have variable shooting range so you can practice longer range shooting too. 10. And finally, the guys are absolute best for their service, patience, teaching and making sure we enjoy it.

I just went here for the first time. I am a long-time gun over, but I've never used a semi-automatic pistol, which I just purchased. I asked if I could come in and get checked out on the gun. I was charged nothing for all of their expertise. One gentleman ran me through grips and loading and overall control of the gun. By the way, I was a tea cupper, I am no longer. Then I went to the range, and the range officer ran me through all the protocols. Help me with how you run the range and the targets and genuinely cared and checked in with me as I first started. The last instructor came in and took over for his range officer shift, and I asked a question about targeting because I was a little left and he gave me a wonderful tip about how much of my trigger finger I was using. And d*** if he wasn't right! I left there feeling completely comfortable with my gun from as far away as sixty feet. I purchased a Smith and Wesson 10mm. That could stop a truck and I now feel very happy with it. Melinda helped me from the original phone call to my final check out. She was great. A pretty woman who can confidently handle a gun was pretty cool. I am moving to oregon, or I would be buying a membership for sure. It's a great place.

I had a good time at the shooting range! The support from the team espescially from Mr. Ken was absolutely top-notch. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and always available to guide me through every step, whether it was handling the firearms or offering shooting tips. Their focus on safety and customer satisfaction really stood out. It made my time there enjoyable and stress-free, especially for someone relatively new to shooting like me. I recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a professional and friendly environment. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been a member with Midwest since well prior to this store opening with the “Charter” membership. I have since added the retail membership when it was first offered. This makes me a VIP member. I am also currently taking their training classes though I have trained outside of Midwest & continue to do so for the last 10 years or so. They do offer legal protection from US LAW SHIELD which is in fact the absolute worst company one can obtain that sort of insurance from. It is also the least expensive! I personally carry CCW SAFE which is the absolute best insurance of this kind for carrying a concealed firearm. It’s best to not be “CHEAP” in this area when your life & freedom literally depends upon it if one gets into a situation no one wants to be in with a firearm!!! I can’t stress that point enough! I love the staff at Midwest! They are for the most part very knowledgeable, kind & patient. I have learned a lot in the classes despite outside trading for many years. In the training they do permit drawing from the holster once certified but NOT FROM CONCEALMENT which is a HUGE problem!! I have been training outside of Midwest for many years drawing from concealment. So, considering how many people are obtaining CCW licenses & the fact that it is now legal in Ohio to carry a concealed firearm without a license it is vital that training from concealment be offered at the bare minimum provided one has the license to do so! It is in my opinion irresponsible to at least not offer that sort of training as it is quite different than the competition focused training they do offer! Though there is a cross over in the two CCW & defensive training has a very specific focus & skill requirement that is just never touched upon here at Midwest nor can it be with the primary focus of their training program however good it is or experienced the trainers! The retail store side is EXCELLENT! I have bought a number of products including firearms, firearm parts & accessories. The ammunition I tend to buy elsewhere since I can get it for better prices most of the time even with the retail...

My daughter and I visited the facility a week ago and I returned for a safety consultation today. This organization is all about putting you 1st with safety and your needs, no matter your level of knowledge and experience. As a business owner I recognized a pattern and consistent dialogue with each staff member, you and your safety here and especially out in the public, at home, or anywhere is priority #1. Cole is a welcoming soul and was my first contact by inviting me in and setting me at ease right away with an extensive military background and firearms experience. John, the General Manager, highlighted the company philosophy and how his team practices working on their own relationship building skills, product and handling knowledge, and building trust in each guest from walking in the front door to the various level training classes. Brian, one of the instructors, was patint and gracious and took 2 minutes to see what I was doing wrong, provided a couple of tips, and automatically my target hits were improved dramatically. Melinda was patient and kind enough to answer my questions and really made me feel at home at the service counter. Ken and John both educated me on the Legal protection program offered, and I just want to say that this piece of the entire experience opened up my eyes of the importance to prepare and be protected if anything happened where I would need legal help due to an incident of protecting myself and my family! Keith is incredible, he listened to my questions, asked me direct questions about what I desired, and together we mapped out a step by step action plan for me, and without high pressure sales tactics, key! I am referring family and friends to this organization that cares for people and their lives, and not just scheduling range times and collecting my money, like some other competitors. I highly recommend this team of professionals and this beautiful state of the art facility, give them a call and experience it...

I see great reviews and had high hopes for this place when I stepped in. I saw the team of employees engaging with customers at the desk when checking out. I thought to myself, ok what a nice and clean atmosphere! The set up is very clean and nice!! But for whatever reason, I wasn't looked at as a potential buyer in my honest opinion. Not one person said hi to me, not one person asked if I needed assistance. At first, I was thinking we'll maybe the person at the desk doesn't help with certain things, and only does checkout (I don't know because I don't work there)... So I walk up to the desk to look at a specific gun they had on display, BUT NOBODY CAME UP TO ME, AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE. It was a lady there who just looked at me a couple times, then it was a tall bald head guy who looked like an instructor, and someone else, can't really remember his face. None of them acknowledged me, both me and my wife were looking at eachother like wait, is this really happening??? They were literally next to me talking in a circle, and didn't say anything. I felt so out of place, I rarely go to that side of town, but drove there hoping to make a purchase, and possibly sign up for their membership. We'll yesterday I went to Range USA, and didn't experience none of that. I was greeted right away, and helped the whole time I was there. For a second I had tricked myself into thinking well maybe at gun stores they just don't speak to you, and you have to go to them instead. But I've worked in customer service for years, and that's not good business at all. The whole situation had me upset the entire day. I'll never go back there to be honest. I'm sure it's a great place for others, just not for me and...
